如何增大三角肌？

首先要判断是不是真正的溜肩，首先了解肩斜度，同一冠状面上，颈根外侧点和肩峰点的连线与冠状轴之间的夹角。

肩部形态的最重要部位是肩斜角度，成年女子的肩斜角度为10°—30°，平均角度为22°，大于等于24°的肩称为斜肩，斜肩亦称溜肩，小于等于20°的肩称为平肩，中国人体中年青人逐步呈现平肩化特征，平肩穿着立体结构类型的圆袖类服装常具男性美。

对于一般人来说，溜肩的主要原因是斜方肌、胸肌太过紧张，而脖子的稳定肌群力量太弱。溜肩属于体态问题，需要专门做体态调整，只锻炼三角肌是不够的，限于篇幅，仅回答用哑铃锻炼三角肌的动作。

三角肌是小肌群，分前、中、后三束，从形态上来说，三角肌中束越发达，越显肩宽，应该重点锻炼，同时也不能忽视前束和后束的锻炼。锻炼三角肌要使用小重量。锻炼时每组次数一般6-12次，也可以做到15次，最多18次。

三角肌前束。

哑铃前平举，交替前平举和同时前平举均可，常规锻炼时掌心向下，也可以掌心相对，最好是掌心向上，但需要一定锻炼基础。

哑铃推举，需要做全程，坐姿、站姿均可。如果只做全程的一半，或者三分之二左右的幅度，发力部位主要是三角肌中束。

阿诺德推举，动作难度高于哑铃推举。

古巴推举，这是一个哑铃提拉和推举的复合动作，既能锻炼到三角肌中束，又能锻炼到前束，整个动作更侧重锻炼三角肌中束。

三角肌中束。

哑铃侧平举，新手锻炼时掌心向下，有基础后可以将掌心朝后，对三角肌中束鼓励效果更好。

哑铃侧平举也可以用单手锻炼，但是较浪费时间，但是对于左右肩不对称的锻炼者非常重要，整体增肌效果也较好。最好身体略微倾斜一定，提高三角肌中束受力幅度。

哑铃直立划船，既可以宽握，也可以窄握，我在锻炼时，主要用哑铃做直立划船，最喜欢宽握杠铃直立划船。
