That's a war of words什么意思?

That's a war of words“学”成中文“口水仗”,“互怼”是最失败的英语学习
Yahoo a war of words
1.war of words:
an argument in which people or groups criticize and disagree with each other publicly and repeatedly for usually a long time
Example: Rival groups have engaged in a war of words over the new law.
2. war of words:
A lengthy argument characterized by verbal exchanges.

3.war of words:
A war of words is an argument between two people or groups, in which both sides criticize each other angrily.
Example:Both players are involved in a war of words in the press, each blaming the other for the situation.
3) Okay.I got you.
1.A war of words is an argument,is a disgreement,us a verbal exchanges.
verbal是表达a war of words很好的英语词:A war of words=A verbal war.
2.Okay.I got you.We say they are engaged=engaged in=got into a war of words.
3.Okay.I got you.If you get into a war of words=a verbal war,you criticize each other in public and repeatedly.
More examples:
1. A war of words has blown up over who is to blame for a confrontation between police and fans outside the venue.
2.A war of words us a fierce argument or disagreement between two or more people or groups.
这就是通过英语a war of words,获得的英语“学习力”的训练,不是仅仅是用中文“懂得”a war of words“什么意思”。
